N-Com is currently assisting rural service providers in evaluating, designing and deploying Fiber-to-the-Premise networks. N-Com personnel are certified in PON design, and have experience with triple-play services over FTTP, via both RF and IP video. N-Com's current FTTP designs are primarily for CLEC overbuilds, where the emphasis is on cost-effective designs that allow efficient support of various penetration rates. N-Com is also working with ILECs to identify opportunities to deploy FTTP to serve new developments within the ILEC's service area.
